Euclid Safety Town Is Back!
The Euclid Police Department will facilitate "Safety Town" this summer for children entering kindergarten in the fall. This one week program will be held at the Euclid Library beginning, Monday, August, 13th and conclude with a graduation on Friday, August 17th. Each day from 10:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.
The children will learn important safety skills such as...
- Traffic Safety
- Dealing With strangers
- Fire Safety
- Animal Safety
- "Eddie Eagle" Gun Safety
- 9-1-1 emergency Situations
- Avoiding Poisonous Objects.
All participants will receive an official, "Safety Town" tee-shirt and parents will receive a "ChildPrint ID Kit" which can be stored and updated annually.
Cost for the program is $10.00. Checks can be made out to the: Euclid Police Athletic league.
