Coronavirus in Cuyahoga County

The health and safety of our residents and employees are a priority.  We are aware there have been confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Cuyahoga County and want to assure you we are staying informed of the latest information and advice from the Cuyahoga County Board of Health and Cuyahoga County Office of Emergency Management, State of Ohio and CDC.  The best advice at this time is to avoid panic, stay informed, and take basic precautions.  

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends taking the following basic precautions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases: avoid close contact with people who are sick; avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; stay home when you are sick; cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue/sleeve; disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces; wash your hands often with soap and water (at least 20 seconds), especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
