Planning, Zoning, Architectural Review, and Enforcement Activities
The Planning and Zoning Division has primary responsibility for maintaining, updating and interpreting the City’s Master Plan and the City’s Zoning Code and official zoning map. The Department also manages and coordinates a variety of special planning studies on behalf of the City. Additionally, the Division provides staff support to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Architectural Review Board.
