Municipal Court

The Euclid Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction responsible for providing for the needs of Euclid residents in both its civil and criminal divisions. For those residents wishing to file civil lawsuits, the court's jurisdiction is limited to those cases involving damages in the amount of $15,000 or less. The jurisdiction of its Small Claims Division is limited to civil cases in the amount of $6,000 or less.

Schedule of Hours: 
Monday - Jury trials normally begin on Mondays at 9:00 a.m. and cases set for sentencing proceedings are heard on Mondays. Normally bond hearings are scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday - 9:00 a.m. Forcible Entry & Detainer docket; 10:00 a.m. Failure to Appear Docket
Wednesday - 9:00 a.m. Traffic Docket; 11:00 a.m. Traffic Bench Trials
Thursday - 9:00 a.m. Criminal Docket; 1:30 p.m. Small Claims Docket
Friday - 9:30 a.m. Bench Trials; 2:00 p.m. Bond Hearings
