City Hall is closed to the public however services continue to be provided.  All business is being conducted via email or snail mail.  We are able to process payments over the phone with a credit card or receive mail with an enclosed check and an accompanying application. 

The Housing Department is responsible for the enforcement of housing maintenance codes. The housing inspectors' duties include inspection of all homes prior to sale, annual inspection of all apartments and condominiums, all rental units and responding to complaints of housing code violations and property maintenance complaints.

As of July 15, 2020, new home owners are no longer
required to have an escrow hold. 
An assumption is still required
should there be outstanding violations.

Downspout Disconnect Application  To qualify for disconnection of your downspouts, please complete the application and include a detailed sketch.  Take these two items to the Building and Housing Department and bring the $50.00 fee.  You will be contacted by the appropriate staff about the status of your application.
