Interested in renting a home in Euclid?

Step One: Call the Housing Department at 289-2900 and ask if that address is a registered rental. All rental homes are required by City Ordinance to be registered. This gives assurance to the tenant that:

  • There has been an annual, completed inspection by the City.
  • There is proper landlord contact information so you can feel confident you're dealing with the appropriate person.
  • A successful inspection makes sure the home is code compliant.

 Step Two: Contact the Euclid Community Policing Unit at 289-8449 to find out how you can join the Local Neighborhood Association.

Landlord-Tenant Issues

The City of Euclid contracted the Cleveland Tenant Organization to handle landlord-tenant issues such as lease problems and other disputes. Please contact the Cleveland Tenant Organization directly at (216) 432-0609 for these issues.
