Euclid Veterans Day Ceremony

Date: November 11, 2019
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Location: Euclid City Hall - 585 East 222nd Street

World War I fighting ceased between the Allied Nations and Germany on November 11, 1918 at 11:00 am. That’s when an armistice, or temporary cessation of hostilities, went into effect.  For that reason, many Veterans Day observances begin at the Eleventh Hour, of the Eleventh day, of the Eleventh Month.  The event is a tribute to all Veterans, living and dead, who answered the call to service.

Please join The City of Euclid and The Euclid Joint Veterans Council as we gather to recognize and honor those who served the cause of freedom throughout our nation’s history.
