Ward 5 Community Meeting

 

Councilwoman Christine McIntosh invites you to a Ward 5 Community Meeting hosted by Church of the Epiphany on Saturday June 22nd, 2019 at 10 am. Speakers and discussion will include:

EPD Community Policing & Crime Analyst Kate McLaughlin - crime stats for Ward 5 and crime prevention tips including environmental design and the benefits of activated public spaces, community programs/events

Euclid Public Schools Superintendent Marvin Jones - progress on middle & high school campus construction, how the levy renewal failure will be impacting programs and staffing, update on HB70 school funding

Mayor Kirsten Holzheimer-Gail - city budget & finances including how the upcoming state gas tax will affect Euclid; status update on waterfront & waste water treatment plant projects, upcoming Common Ground event as well as other notable community events
