REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

RE: Request for proposals to purchase 19770 St. Clair Avenue, also known as Cuyahoga County parcel number 646-01-004.

SUBJECT: The City of Euclid Department of Planning and Development is seeking proposals for the purchase of a commercial property with two buildings and all remaining miscellaneous contents on site. Purchaser will be required to obtain financing and close the purchase transaction within 30 days of proposal award by the Euclid City Council.

Response to this request is to be submitted on the Bid Sheet, to include attachments, and will constitute an offer to purchase the property. The selected buyer will be required to comply with all zoning and building requirements and obtain a new occupancy permit within one year of the City’s delivery of title.

Responders are required to indicate the intended use of the property, including a list and estimated cost of all improvements that will be made, and the number of employees and estimated annual payroll to be located at the site.

Real estate title and escrow services will be provided by Harvard Title Agency. The buyer will be responsible for all closing costs.

Proposals are due by 3:00pm on Monday, April 2nd, 2018.

DELIVER IN A CLEARLY MARKED ENVELOPE:
“Proposal Response: 19770 St. ClairAvenue - Do not open until 4:00pm on Monday, April 2nd, 2018.”
Sealed responses will be opened at the City of Euclid Board of Control meeting in Council Chambers on April 2, 2018 at 4:00pm Interested parties are welcome to attend.

SCHEDULED VIEWING OF PROPERTY:
Property will be open for inspection by interested parties from 2:00pm to 3:00pm on Monday, March 19th, 2018.
