Notice From Vital Statistics
Due to system maintenance The Euclid Vital Statistics Office will not be able to issue State Birth Certificates Wednesday Sept. 19th from 3:00 p.m. to close.
Births and deaths recorded in Euclid are not affected.
The State wide service should be operational when Vital Statistics reopens at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.
