The City of Euclid, through the franchise agreement with Adelphia, was granted three channels to create local origination programming. The three channels are for Public, Educational, and Governmental Access programming.
Often referred to as PEG programming, Euclid residents are some of only a handful of communities who can view most of the public meetings held in the City as well as other local community events. The City Council granted authority to the Euclid City Schools to operate the educational access channel, and a channel is available to any resident who wishes to have his or her own production aired.
