For Immediate Release:
NEW NAME FOR EUCLID’S ELECTRIC PROGRAM SUPPLIER
Euclid, Ohio (April 2, 2020) – City of Euclid officials would like to inform residents that the supplier to the City’s Electric Aggregation Program (formerly FirstEnergy Solutions) has changed their name to “Energy Harbor” effective immediately. Officials would like to assure residents that it is still the same company that the City selected to serve its program. There will be no changes to the program rate, term, or conditions, and residents do not need to take any action at this time.
The only difference residents should notice is a new supplier name on the monthly electric bills they receive from the local utility. Those bills will now list “Energy Harbor” instead of “FirstEnergy Solutions.” Residents will still call the same toll-free number (866-636-3749) if they have questions or wish to join/leave the program.
The City of Euclid is pleased to have made this program possible but asks that you do not call the City offices, which are not equipped to handle a large volume of calls. City officials ask that residents contact Energy Harbor directly at 866-636-3749 with questions about the program.
