Stepping Strong Walking Program
Ten weeks to a healthier you! We will have talks and walks each week, at the Senior Center. $ 10.00 per person for all 10 weeks, Meet in the Senior Center Library. Wednesdays 10 – 11 a.m.

BEADING CLASS
1st & 3rd Mondays 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Come make a necklace or bracelet with beads.  FREE

Open Art Studio – Every Tuesday, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
There may be a small fee for supplies. Have you ever wanted to learn art or try a new medium or do you just want to get creative and paint?
Come check out the new art class! Learn drawing skills in colored pencil or soft pastel. Try your hand at watercolors or acrylic painting. This class will include demonstrations, practice exercises, class projects, plein air/working outdoors (weather permitting) and a whole lot more. Relax and enjoy the healing power of ART!

Computer Lab - Wednesdays 1- 3 p.m.

The following events are available for all Seniors, although you must register each time you are participating.

Bingo – Every Wednesday and Friday 1 p.m.  – 3:30 p.m.  (20 games)

Pinochle Tournament - Friday  1 p.m.  Dining Room Annex.

Open Card Play –Wednesday at 1 p.m.  Card games include Pinochle, Bridge, Rummy and Bid Whist.

Pool Tournament – Monthly 

Bible Study -  non-denominational group is led by Artis Powell.  The group meets Tuesday mornings at 10 a.m., Library.

Book Discussion - The group will meet Monday, August 8th at 1:15 p.m. in the Library. Karla Bowman, from the Euclid Public Library will lead the discussion on "The Postmistress" by Sarah Blake.

Blood Pressure Checks sponsored by Senior Independence, every Thursday morning from 10:30 a.m. to Noon in the Clinic. FREE

BENEFITS CHECK UP - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Euclid Senior Programs also coordinates the Benefits Check Up program at the Lakefront Community Center.  Benefits Check Up is a program to screen adults 60+ for over 70 money-saving programs:  prescription drug assistance, help paying Medicare premiums, help with heating bills, phone discount, and much more.

REIKI
Reiki is a natural healing technique which utilizes a gentle laying on of hands.  Reiki assists in balancing your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being to attain a sense of peace, clarity and relaxation.  If you are interested in scheduling a session, please contact Denise Harding at 440-974-3584.
