60+ Transportation Service

Transportation services are available Monday - Friday to residents from their home to:

· The Lakefront Community "Senior" Center for participation in nutrition and activity programs. Call 289-2985 to schedule your ride. Cost is $.50 each way.

· For medical appointments and grocery shopping call, Senior Transportation Connection (STC) Toll Free at 1-800-983-4782, to schedule your ride. Cost for grocery shopping transportation is $2.00 per rider; Tuesday & Thursday only. Cost for a doctor appointment is $3.00 per rider round trip within the City of Euclid and $5.00 per rider round trip outside the City of Euclid . Monday - Friday ***
