($6.00 Per Rider)
8:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. outside the City of Euclid
($10.00 Per Rider)
Reservation Hours are 1:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Medical transportation service is limited to the area bound on:
East to Lake West Hospital
East by Route 91 (S.O.M. Center Road)
West to St. Vincent Charity Hospital
South by Cedar Road
No transportation between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..
No Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Must schedule a minimum of 3 days ahead.
SHOPPING
($3.00 Per Rider)
Tuesday
9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
North OF I-90 Residents Only.
Thursday
9:00 a.m.- 10:30 p.m.
South OF I-90 Residents and Euclid Villa Residents Only.
Shopping is limited to stores withing The City of Euclid.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM CENTER

Dear Rider,
We are asking your assistance in helping us keep as close to our daily schedule as possible. Whenever someone or something causes a delay, everyone scheduled after that delay is affected by being late for his/her appointment or pick up. In some cases, whole appointments have been totally lost to our riders. This, of course, is upsetting to them as well as to us since our goal is to serve as many seniors as possible and as efficiently as possible.
Therefore, we ask your help in the following ways:
- Please be ready at the time that has been assigned to you. This means having what you need at hand so that you can go directly in the car/van when it arrives.
- Please do NOT ask your driver to make a special stop for you to mail a letter or pick up a grocery item.
- Be sure to notice exactly where you are let off for your appointment so that you can be in that general vicinity for your return pick up. Too much time is lost looking for clients who stray away from their pick up area. If you are not where you are supposed to be at the designated pick up time, the driver has\as been told NOT to wait. If there is time at the end of the day, he or she will stop back to pick you up.
It is our aim to serve everyone as efficiently as possible and we can only do this with your complete cooperation. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to comply.
