Transportation services are available to residents from their home to:
- The Center for participation in the nutrition and activities programs.
- To doctors offices, clinics and hospitals for medical appointments or to Social Service appointments.*
- To local supermarkets for grocery shopping.
Reservations are required and are best made one week in advance by calling (216) 289-2985. Suggested donation for round trip is $1.00. A wheelchair accessible van is also available upon request.
* Medical transportation service is limited to the area bound on:
- The East by Route 91 (SOM Center Road).
- The West to St. Vincent Charity Hospital.
- The South by Cedar Road.
