Job Title: Plumber - Waste Water Treatment (86)
Department: Public Service
Status: A. Classified B. Nonexempt. FLSA.
Job Summary: Working in the Waste Water Reclamation plant, reporting to the Water Plant Superintendent, the Certified plumber, works closely with Lead-Man to maintain all plumbing systems within the water reclamation facilities for the City of Euclid. This position may also supervise personnel.
Job Duties:
- Will install, alter, remove, or repair pipes, fixtures, and/or other apparatus necessary for supplying water, removing liquid and water-borne waste, or both.
- Install fixtures, drainage, vent, and water supply systems.
- Installs gas piping, gas-fired appliances, air piping, steam, vapor, hot water boiler systems, domestic hot water circulators, sump pumps, interceptors, separators, piping for sealing water pumps, effluent water pumps, etc. Responsible for connection and testing of the same.
- Cleans out pipes and performs other related tasks.

Requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Journeyman's plumber license.
- License in backflow prevention.
- Ability to express and exchange ideas and instructions accurately and clearly.
Starting Pay: $33.73
Full-Time/40 hours per week
First Shift, Monday –Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
