Request for Proposals - Residential Demolition Project

Proposals will be accepted by the Department of Planning and Development until 2pm on Friday, February 28th, 2025.

 

The City of Euclid’s Division of Community Development, through the Department of Planning and Development, is soliciting proposals from qualifying and appropriate contractors for Residential Demolition.


Funding and support for this program will be from the City of Euclid’s remaining allocation of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) monies, through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).


The location of this project will be: 346 E. 238 Street.


Community Development personnel will be present at the site on Thursday, February 13, 2025 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, to allow interested contractors access inside the property.


Proposals will be accepted by Department of Planning and Development no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, February 28, 2025.

They may be submitted through one of the two following means:

1. In-Person Submission: Euclid City Hall, 585 E. 222 Street – Euclid, OH 44123, or
