The City of Euclid (“the City”) is inviting preliminary development proposals to purchase and develop new housing on ten (10) City-owned parcels of land (“Project Area”) in the Monterey Heights Subdivision of Euclid. The City seeks a qualified developer or development team (“development partners”) to design and build creative housing in the Monterey Heights Subdivision, including single-, two-, and three-family homes, double houses, and townhouse development.

This Request for Preliminary Development Proposals (“RFP”) provides details about the Project Area and the surrounding neighborhood, establishes the redevelopment goals of the City, and outlines the information required from interested development partners, as well as the process by which a development partner will be selected.

Responses, including all supporting materials, must be received via e-mail (planning@cityofeuclid.com) no later than Friday, June 13, 2025, by 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
