Please complete the downspout disconnection application and include a detailed sketch of the proposed downspout disconnection. Submit these two documents to the Public Service Department located at 25200 Lakeland Blvd., Euclid, OH 44132 along with the $50.00 fee. Once the application has been processed you will be contacted by the appropriate Service Department staff about scheduling an initial inspection.
